10 tips for having a 10 point smile

What are the keys to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile?

  1. Brush your teeth twice a day at least. Once in the morning and once at night, and if you can, also after your lunch.
  2. Brush them very carefully, do not apply too much pressure.  
  3. When you brush your teeth,do it for 2-3 minutes with upward and downward movements, and don’t forget to clean your tongue!
  4. Also brush after meals, especially if they have included sweet things.
  5. Always rinse the mouth thoroughly using plenty of liquid leave you with fresh breath.  
  6. Use dental floss once a day, preferably in the evening; you'll see how your teeth are much cleaner. Also cleaning the gums prevents dental disease and will cause your gums to stay young for longer.  
  7. Eat an Apple or sugarless gum also helps to clean the teeth, but you must not substitute them for your toothbrush and paste.  
  8. Change the toothbrush when the bristles start to arch, or after 3-4 months.
  9. When you eat sugary substances as raisins, you need to thoroughly rinse the mouth.
  10. Visit your dentist twice a year as a prerequisite to care for your dental and oral health. But if you have a sore or wound in your mouth that does not heal within two weeks, then it is necessary to seek the help of a dentist.
